  • Study rooms can be booked online through the library portal or at the front desk. Reservations are subject to availability.

  • Yes, the library provides quiet study areas, group study rooms, and computer labs. Group study rooms require prior booking.

  • You can access e-books, journals, and research databases via the library website. Use your institutional login credentials for remote access.

  • A fine will be charged for overdue books. The fee structure is as follows:

    General collection: GHS 1 per day

    Reserved books: GHS 5 per day

  • Yes, books can be renewed once unless another user has requested the same book. Renewals can be done online or at the circulation desk.

  • Undergraduate students: 2 weeks

    Postgraduate students: 3 weeks

    Faculty and staff: 4 weeks
